New preparation technology R&D center of Tianjin pharmaceutical group co., Ltd is located on Huanghai Road, TEDA. The construction area of the center is 21,000m2, altogether 6 floors, with the first floor mainly including lecture hall, exhibition hall, weak-current central room, security control room, reception room, air-conditioning room and pump room; the second floor including meeting room and cafeteria; the third and fourth floor being open office, the fifth floor being Group vice president’s office; and the sixth floor being Group chairman&general manager’s office. There are 6 elevators in the building (2 sightseeing elevators), 1 weak-current equipment room and 2 weak-current well on each floor. This is a turn-key project and we will carry finish installation and testing according to the design and ensure the normal use of related system. The bidding price os 10,161,218 RMB with the duration of 90 workdays from the bid opening day.
