Tianjin Installation Engineering Company Limited （Previous name: Mechanical And Electrical Equipment Installation Company）is a state-owned enterprise by management of The State-owned Assents Supervision Administration Commission of the State Council of People’s Republic of China, the subsidiary company of Construction Group of Tianjin (holding) Company Ltd. Since 30 December 1969, with a registered capital of RMB 63.13million Yuan, the company is the earliest enterprise which obtains level one enterprise qualification of machinery installation project general contractor issued by National Ministry of Construction.

The company’s business scope includes: Electrical Installation Project, Steel Structure Engineering Project, Building Intelligent Engineering Project, Pipeline Engineering Project, and at the same time the company which is a large State-owned Construction Enterprise also has capacity of industrial and civil building and municipal public engineering construction.  The company also has level 1 qualification of mechanical and electrical installation engineering construction and first class qualification of municipal public engineering construction, level 1 qualification of steel structure engineering construction, level 1 qualification of building intelligent system engineering construction ,level 2 of Building Construction General Contractor, level 2 of  Building Decoration Engineering General Contractor, level 2 of Chemical petroleum engineering construction general contractor ,level one qualification of Steel Structure Engineering, level one qualification of Pipeline Engineering, Grade A of Building Intelligent Systems Integration and Special Projects Design, Grade 2 of Boiler Installation, Grade GB1、GB2、GC2 of Pressure Piping Installation, Grade D1 and D2 of Pressure Containers Installation, Grade B of Lifting Machinery Installation and Maintenance, level 2 of Fountain landscape design and construction ,and etc, such as all kinds of professional qualification certificate and construction qualification.

Since 1969, it is more than 40 years history of the company, construction work spread all over in China and aboard. The company has a strong and solid ability of technical and a formal and strict construction team, contracted many large and super large construction of industrial equipment installation, large-scale civil engineering and electrical Installation, Intelligent weak electric engineering, large-size steel structural manufacture and installation, the heating boiler, large cranes and municipal water project. The company has a characteristic of construction enterprise management experience that is breadth and rich. It has very strong ability of solving the construction problems.

The company has eleven branches (factory). Total managers are more than 500 people with professional titles, including 58 people with senior professional title, 127 people with intermediate title, 68 people with level one registered construction engineer certificate, 118 people with level two registered construction engineer certificate, and among those managers 10 project managers were awarded the national and regional excellent project manager. Technological innovation in enterprise vigorous development, and we have obtained a series of science and technology achievements and honorary titles, commended many times by National Ministry of Construction, Installation Association of China, Government of Tianjin, and Construction Association of Tianjin.
