Notice on the Issue of Standard of Construction Enterprise Qualification by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Developm

To Housing and Construction Department of all Provinces and autonomous regions, Municipal Construction Committee, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Construction Bureau, construction division under the State Council, and the Capital Construction Barracks Project Administration of General Logistics:

According to Construction Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry and relevant departments under the State Council have formulated Standard of Construction Enterprise Qualification. It is now issued to you, please comply with and implement them.

This Standard will come into force from January 1, 2015. The original Grading of Qualification of Construction Enterprise (Building [2001] No. 82) issued by Ministry of Construction shall be abolished from the same day.
