Cancel More Administrative Approval Value of Registered Constructor increases not decreases

After premier Li Keqiang signed the Decisions on Cancellation and Adjustment of a Number of Items Subject to Administrative Approval issued by the State Council, 90 items have been exempt from administrative approval, 67 professional qualification authentication items have be canceled while 10 appraisal items up to standard have been eliminated; meanwhile the Decision has changed 21 business registration pre-approval items into post-approval ones, and has retained 34 pre-approval items.
