Sincere Discussion & Mutual Learning to Co-create New Situations for Ideological &Political; Work

Of late, the 27th annual seminar on ideological and political work of installation enterprise in North China, which was organized by Tian An in Haihe education park, Jinnan district, has come to a successful conclusion.
Leaders and party personnel from Beijing Equipment Installation Engineering Group Co., Ltd, Beijing Construction & Installation Group Co., Ltd, China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd, Shanxi Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd, China Construction First Bureau of Group Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, China Construction Second Bureau of Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, China Construction Sixth Bureau of Industrial Equipment installation Co., Ltd, Taiyuan Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, China Haicheng Investment & Development Co., The Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Electronics System Engineering and Tianjin Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, altogether 27 member representatives participated the meeting.
On the meeting, which was chaired by the company party secretary Liu Xuewei, chairman and president Ren Hantao delivered a welcome speech, and executive vice president Cao Wubiao made a brief report on the development and operation of Tian An. Deputy party secretary Yang Xugang, CDI secretary and chief labor officer (CLO) Li Jinxing, together with personnel from the company party also joined the meeting.
All participants had a heated and lively discussion and exchanged their ideas on the construction of enterprise culture and how to seek common development of installation enterprises while facing the tough market situation. By all accounts, this meeting gave us an opportunity to learn from each other and share complementary advantages, and also laid a solid foundation for an accurate understanding of new characteristics of ideological and political work under new situation and for enhancing its attractiveness, affinity and appeal.
Furthermore, every member company has, based on the reality and the location of their company, organized to write papers concerning the following eight aspects: how to promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of legal construction within party; enhancing the construction of the party and promoting scientific development of enterprise; the practice and reflections on building a learning-oriented party; the experience and practice of enterprise culture construction; new methods, ways and measures to carry out ideological and political work within company; the cultivation and implementation of enterprise core values to promote better and faster development of enterprise; opening a new prospect for party construction work by focusing on central tasks with vigor and enthusiasm; and how the labor union and the youth league play their role of “bridge”. After hot discussion and review, of the 13 papers submitted, they have selected by secret ballot one paper for the 1st prize, two for the 2nd prize and three for the 3rd prize. After the meeting, Tian An lead all attendees to visit Airbus A320 production assembling workshop, which is a major project in Tianjin and also partly undertaken by us. They showed great interest in the workshop and expressed their excitement.
