Recently,
the company held a exchange meeting on benefit-creation. Attendees are the
company leadership; deputy chief engineer, deputy chief accountant, deputy
chief economist (3 deputy chiefs); minister and vice-minister of each
department; branch company leadership, section chief of budget and
equipment&material as well as some project managers and foremen.
On
the meeting, representatives of branch managers, business managers and project
managers respectively expressed their ideas on the project management and made
detailed analysis on the key points that increase the project profits.
Executive
deputy general manager Cao Wubiao made a summary about the benefit-creation
work. He pointed out, facing market competition, we should stay vigilant,
foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, improve comprehensive management
ability and enhance the competitive advantages to seize the opportunities.
Secretary
of the company party committee Liu Xuewei made comments on benefit-creation
work from four aspects: first, the content is substantial with a central theme;
second, the scope of application is broad; third, it is practical and operable;
fourth, learning aim is clear. Combining the topic of the meeting, he made the
following suggestions: first is the promotion of notion of benefit-creation;
second is the promotion of awareness of discipline and rules; third is the
promotion and implementation of awareness of integrity and self- discipline.
Company
chairman & general manager Ren Hantao delivered a summary speech for the
meeting. He put forward three focuses:
1.
Focus on the construction of two levels of leadership. In view of technical
expertise, joint efforts should be made to enhance the management capacity of
top leaders.
2.
Focus on the basic work of management. Benefit-creation is the extension of
basic management, when the latter is done well, the former will also be
completed.
3.
Focus on the improvement of incentive mechanism. The staff’s vitality should be
motivated and their working enthusiasm should be improved.
He
pointed out that, in order to achieve comprehensive development and expand business scope, the above three focuses
should be done well to gain a sustainable and long-term development.
