2014 annual work report by company chairman&general; manager Ren Hantao

On behalf of the leadership of Tian An, Chairman & General manager Ren Hantao presented a report on 2014 work and 2015 work schedule.

Starting from the actual fulfillment of main economic indicators as well as the main work done in 2014, Ren made a detailed summary on the achievements gained in the past year, in the aspect of operation, management, technical quality, construction and production safety management, team-building, talent cultivation and employee welfare, etc. Meanwhile, he also pointed out the problems existed in 2014 work. He said, problems should be found and solved, so that the company can thrive.

Problems in operation are, first, some branch leaders lack enough knowledge about difficult situations in operation; second, the operation scope, and the depth and breadth of market is limited; third, operational information is limited; and fourth, new tendering method is needed. Problems in management are, some staff’s comprehensive business ability is insufficient, and there are still some shortcomings in organizational structure, personnel allocation, high-end talent training as well as punishment & reward system.

At the end of the report, chairman & general manager Ren put forward some ideas for 2015’s work from eight aspects: first, we should adjust development strategy, strengthen capital operation and explore new field; second, we should improve legal-person governance structure and assessment mechanism; third, we should implement First-Quality strategy and follow a technical differentiation path; fourth, we should pay special attention to construction so as to improve the overall level of project; fifth, we should optimize personnel structure, speed up the construction of team, and lay a solid foundation for long-term development; sixth, we should secure staff’s welfare and meet their demands; etc.

All leaders of Tian An will continue to follow the company’s fine tradition, and unite together to create more new highs with great efforts!
